1. Service scope

Services are offered within Riyadh and performed within the company’s licensed and permitted scope, after reviewing the waste type, location and suitable destination.

2. Requests and quotations

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is not a contract, final acceptance or confirmed price. A request becomes effective only after details are reviewed and both parties accept the price, schedule and operating terms.

3. Accurate information

The customer must provide accurate site, quantity and waste information and obtain any approvals required for the site. Pricing or scheduling may change if actual conditions differ.

4. Prohibited materials

Hazardous, medical or chemical materials, liquids and other prohibited materials must not be placed in containers unless expressly agreed and covered by an appropriate separate license. Non-compliant requests may be refused or stopped.

5. Scheduling and site access

Dates remain estimates until confirmed. The customer must provide safe, suitable access and placement space for the container and vehicle. Safety, regulation, road or site conditions may affect timing.

6. Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding and design belong to their owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

7. Liability and governing law

Website content introduces the services and does not replace the operating agreement for a specific request. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and disputes are subject to the competent authorities.
